Great Service! I took my vehicle to another dealership for servicing and they were unable to fix the issue after several attempts. I decided to bring it to Truck City Ford in Buda and they took care of it the first time. I have been returning there ever since. When I brought it in for the 30,000 mile service. I was low on gas and they even refilled my tank free of charge. To say I am extremely please with their level of customer service is to say the least.
Very clean facility and professional staff. Charlie assisted me and kept men informed. I really appreciate the shuttle services they offer. They dropped me home and picked me back up to pick up up car! Great service!
Good service. Took a little longer than expected to complete. Asked if I purchased the car their when I scheduled my appt. I was then asked the same question when I came in for service. This always makes me think that I'm getting treated different depending if I purchased the vehicle there. Dealerships need to quite that. They can always look that info up against the vin. Just a bad question to ask the customer and seems like bad record keeping when ask that multiple times.
Great service! Dropped off my SUV and left to run errands, by the time I arrived at my first one I had an email stating that my vehicle was ready.
Had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle at Truck City. I was treated like family and Bob Salinas took the time to introduce me to all the staff and always kept me updated on my order. I would definitely recommend Truck City to anyone thinking about purchasing a new or used Ford.
They treated good and told me what else , if the truck needed anything else and the time was quick.
