Charles met me quickly at the service drive. Listened to my needs and understood what service I wanted done. While I waited in the lounge Charles checked in with me on the progress of service being performed. Great job.

Go see Mario in service. He was awesome and filled me in with my oil change and tire rotation. He also found an oil leek that I needed to get taken care of. Old Blue got taken care of and she is a lot better now.
I couldn't have been more pleased with the purchase of my expedition. I had asked them ahead of time to see if we could make it quick and they made it really fast and convenient. I plan on buying several more vehicles from them.
The turnaround was quicker than promised. Courteous service writer. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

Very helpful, courteous and easy to work with. I know a person who also has received recalls, I asked him if he had gotten them taken care of. He told me, he could not get an appt. I told him take auto to Truck City in Buda. He said he lives too far away to take it to Buda. So I am lucky to have the greatest service center. My 3rd recall, all been very easy and pleasant.
Staff was extremely professional and courteous! Zach stayed with me from the beginning and answered every question I had.
