I have had the best experience. They get my truck in in a timely manner. They are always friendly and keep you updated on the progress. And go above and beyond what work they are doing to my vehicle. With the exceptional assistance of Mario Fuentes, I was able to get a safety recall on my Lincoln taken care of in a timely manner. Not only that, but he provided my transportation back home and then back to the dealership when the service was completed. Every staff person I encountered was polite and pleasant. I will most definitely return to this service center if I need any future repairs. Thank each of you for a job well done !
