Employees are professional, courteous. They don't try to gloss things over by saying about 15 minutes and we will have you out of here, two hours later customer still waiting. Generally, up front they will tell you approximately how long you can expect it to take.
Great experience working with Elizabeth and Nate. Got me in for appointment quickly. Had to get parts from another location but still got my car finished before 5pm.
