I always look forward to my Service appointments at Truck City Ford. For my convenience, they schedule me at 7AM, so that my oil change, filter changes, tire rotation and check of all systems can proceed and I can continue my day of work. The high-speed internet service and friendliness of staff is terrific. And the charges are so reasonable! Stephen and Jeremy have been great to work with throughout the entire process. The wait with the Bronco and Ford was painful, but Jeremy was always eager to provide the updates he had. Then when it arrived, Stephen has been great to work with, really made the entire process seamless! We also purchased the vehicle before we knew we'd be moving to San Diego, so that added a unique element, and they handled it great. Helped coordinate the vehicle mover and we didn't miss a beat. Thanks guys!
