Good service rep but took 2 hours to get oil change and state inspection. Hard to plan that long a time for regular maintenance
They did fit us into their schedule (while traveling with our RV), but it still took two days to diagnose we had faulty plug leads, which I think is just too long specifically when I intimated we had an HT spark issue under load conditions. Engine runs perfectly when sitting stationary and revving the engine with no load.
Eddie Haddad is hands down the best in the business. Enjoyed my experience with him. Process went very smoothly
Good service, good turn around time. But to miss place a customer's truck key. Not So Good.

Excellent! Very friendly people and fast service. I brought my motor home in for oil change and to be checked out for travel. The waiting area was clean and neat and we were treated like friends. Will definitely go back!
Jason Harper took the time to let me view vehicles at my pace. He never pushed me for the sale. Jeremy Harper the assistant sales manager let me take the truck home overnight and ultimately it is what closed the deal. Picked and missed with Jeremy a lot and he remained professional the hole time, while also going out of this way to see the deal through. Jason was nice and very knowledgeable about there vehicles. Truck City has been servicing our company fleet for years. Great place to do business. Way to go team.
We’re very close to Austin, but the service at Truck City with Steve felt the same as when I worked with a small town dealer’s service department. Work was done fast, transparently, and I felt treated with respect.
