First time going to a a dealership to service a vehicle. I’ve heard the horror stories and being a mechanic myself I chose to stay away from them until I was in a pinch and needed my 350 aligned and no one else would take it due to size and weight. They knocked out the alignment and state inspected me in the time it took to get lunch and browse a store near by. Excellent communication. Fair price. Very helpful. My view of dealerships has changed.
