Quick, courteous service. I arrived early for my appointment, and my truck was taken to the service area right away. I had my oil and filters changed, tires rotated and balanced, and my truck needed to be inspected. I was there about 2 hours and 20 minutes. I had planned on being there at least 2 hours. I was pleased with the amount of time that it took to do everything. Waiting area and restroom was very clean.
Truck City Ford did a great job in service on my '21 Bronco! They got it in the shop quickly and even offered to drop me off at home or Cabela's while they worked on it. First class service and they went out of their way to make me feel at home.
Service department was excellent. They were Helpful and their service was great. Thank you for work.
