Fixed right the first time, while I waited. Friendly staff, great facility, and Cabela’s is right across the street!
Fantastic staff and top tier service! In a time when other dealers are gouging customers by marking up new vehicles over sticker price, Truck City is selling for MSRP because it’s the right thing to do! Make the trip to Buda, it will be worth your while!

Truck City is hands down the best dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Service and sales both are phenomenal! Mike Rodgers and service, Jeremy Harper and sales, Scott Robinson, Tim Hecker and the entire staff are always so friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend them to anyone needing help with their automobile or purchasing a new one.

Quick and awesome service. Everyone is always a great help. We only go to truck city ford for out vehicles.
It took a few days of them to get the issue to reoccur, but they witnessed it and was able to fix my problems. While I'm glad everything went my way and all is good with my truck (including issues being covered by warranty), I still wish dealers would trust the customer more in terms of what's happening with the car. I realize it's a mixed bag, but it's always disappointing when I have to leave because the issue couldn't be duplicated. This is across many dealers and brands, so just my observation and frustration.
