First of all. To the Service Advisor Mr Scott Jordan, thank you for the great customer service you provided, but mainly because you still had the battery issue repaired and in a timely manner, when I did not have my battery proof of purchased receipt from Sames Ford. Once again, thank you so much Mr Jordan for all u did, that I was able to travel back home safely.
