Daniel was good and the oil change was timely. He did advise me about a shock issue that I could deal with later after the holidays. When I dropped the truck off I pointed out some exessive wear to a door panel and my concern since it was less than a year ago. He said he would check on it. Damiel said the same thing when I picked it up and I have not heard from him yet. I'm sure it just slipped his mind. Other than that everything was fine.
Very freindly service advisors. Out of the three dealerships in my area in San Marcos, they are the best. They are the furthest away but well worth the drive. They also haven't tried to sell me work that isn't needed.
We brought my wife's Ford truck in for service (oil change, brake repair, and a recall). Daniel Santiago was our service advisor, he got us signed in and back on the road in minutes (the truck stayed there). He has communicated with very well as to how the repairs are progressing. We appreciate the good service. We walked across the drive to the sales department and Jason Harper became our sales consultant. Our trip to Tri-City Ford was very fast people were very courteous and friendly I feel very secure when I take my truck to truck City Ford. My oil change and tire rotation did not take long at all I appreciate that.
