RecommendedCurrently living here. Turi and staff go out of way to make living here comfortable. Location is ideal! The updating is a work in process, but making alot of progress. Ideal for someone semi retired like myself. Affordable rent that includes electric, internet, and Direct TV. Laundry facility on every floor, a fitness center, river walk across the street. hoping for the patio to open soon with tables and bar b que thatll be awesome!!
Comfort, convenience and style are just a few features that I've found here at Truckee River Terrace Apts. I chose the Imperial floor plan. Which is an OPEN concept one bedroom flat. It has plenty of closet space. It's right downtown, and right on the Riverwalk. It's an controlled access building, but what sealed the deal for me was the fact that everything is included with the rent. Water, Sewer, Garbage, Direct TV, Internet, and Electricity. Kiara is phenomenal. Move in was easy and the property is very clean, secure and quiet. I love it here.
It was a great moving experience....everyone was so nice. Definitely a clean apartment.
Newly moved in and Kiara has been a total sweetheart, and very responsive and helpful. Apartment was nice and the move in process was awesome. The parking would be my only thing by they are doing constructions as we speak. Free internet and cable and my wifi isn’t slow at all! No oven but air fryers work. Happy!
Quit clean and you get a lot of extras. WiFi parking direct rv, a gym. Last but not least the employees here are great!
I lived here for 5 years and I really loved it. I loved the location and the staff. The girls in the office and the maintenance are all great, very helpful whenever there is an issue.
Ummmmm.... all of the edifices surrounding our Truckee River are special. We need to protect our Waters, at the very least. So let’s get ‘er done...
This day the river was calm, the sun was out, the over all weather was great. Great place to relax and enjoy the elements!
