RecommendedOnly been here for a week but my place is awesome, staff is great and neighbors are very friendly. Loving my new home thank you truckee river terrace.
I live almost two months here - there were some problems but it's been alright so far. Staffs are mostly friendly. When I place a work order they usually fix a problem within 5 days and it's been helpful.What I like about this apartment is it's pet-friendly and the residents are nice.

The BEST place I've lived at!!!
Over priced, broken sinks, bed bugs cockroaches, homeless sleeping in the stairway areas, hallways have dog shit and human fecal matter. Hallways stink smell like someone died and the management socks
