These people are crooks. They use constant threat of eviction to nickel and dime residents for the smallest things. They don't care if you're elderly or disabled. They "lose" your rent check, charge for pest control services that never happen, they give away your parking space while still charging you for it. When I lived there a few years ago, the office employees were rude slow and petty. Not to mention possibly felonious.
Great location unfortunately very unprofessional staff, maintenance is a nightmare.
