The original mover I had booked on U-Haul’s site turned out to be a scam & didn’t show up so I found myself scrambling for same day movers. Nathan was able to quickly find me a crew due to a cancellation they had. Zach & Tanner did a great job packing my 26’ rental truck tight, taking great care of our belongings for a 700 mile move. I had an absolutely stellar experience with True Friends – hands down the best movers I've ever used. We had to move a ton of stuff from my late grandparents' house into 300 sqft of storage. Ryan, Zach, and Mat were extremely professional and friendly. They took excellent care of our fragile stuff and plastic wrapped our antique furniture (without us asking!). We used True Friends last Sept to move to a different house in-town. Then when time came to move our parents from Kentucky Lake to Nashville, we called upon True Friends again. To our surprise, Corey was our mover, again. He is great! Everything was handled carefully and they were very efficient. I highly recommend True Friends and 'ask for Corey'.
The process was very smooth. The details were explained very well. The two gentlemen that moved us were extremely hard working and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending True Friends.
