Great gym with a solid atmosphere and everything you need to get after it. The equipment is clean, well maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. CJ has been an outstanding trainer. He knows what he’s doing, keeps you accountable, and pushes you to be better every session. I love coming to the gym to work out, but with kids it's a bit hard to make time. Having childcare available makes it so much easier & the staff is really caring!
