My whole friend group and I will be cancelling our membership because of how awful The management is here. Very disappointed with how she runs things

CHLOE HOUSTON is total trash management. For one she’s humiliated two young lady’s in front of the whole gym all week and she treats her staff poorly she barely does work and gossips in front of members. Let an adult take over she’s very immature

Garbage management. She keeps blaming her facility smell problems on two girls, in front of the whole gym, who clearly don’t smell bad. Clean up your own house instead of blaming others

The worker at the front desk was very helpful, courteous, and had the biggest smile on her face. She made my experience very pleasant. I believe her name was Jacqueline Copley. I was very pleased with the equipment and how clean the environment was. The restrooms were also very clean. I am very pleased with my experience.

Overall, the facilities are very nice but DO NOT take advantage of any promotions or sign up if you are not 100% positive you want a long-term membership. They will make every attempt to scam you out of your money. I signed up for a 7-day free trial and went to cancel on the 4th day. Due to some miscommunication, I was signed up for a standard membership and I had to submit a 45-day notice to cancel since I did not cancel withing 3 days. I hate the 45 day cancellation process where you still get charged and they didn’t even downgrade me to the lowest tier.

Recently my wife signed up for a gym membership at the 82nd location in LUBBOCK, TX. A week or so later she convinced me to sign up as we'll. While signing up they asked if we were interested in any training sessions. My wife being new to the gym was concerned about proper use of the equipment. They said they had 18 week or 26 week sessions available, so we signed up for the 18 week session.
