Soul is great at the front counter. Should definitely be promoted to manager.

Business response:
Hi, Lexi. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!
Terrible. Not doing anything about a 4 month old bleeding through his head. On top of that, camera wasn’t “on” so footage couldn’t be played. Ridiculous

We take all incidents very seriously and are sorry to hear about your experience. Please contact us at (806) 687-8000 so we can address this issue promptly.
Horrible unacceptable gym. Do not trust these people with your children. A baby 4months old was left injured and they didn’t do anything about it. Horrible. Do your research

We take all incidents very seriously and are investigating this matter further. Please contact us at (806) 687-8000 to discuss this issue in more detail.
All the employees here are crooks and liars. They only say/do what will protect their jobs in the long run and lie to cover up things they do wrong. From drugs in the bathroom , to lying and stealing money, to talking bad about members and treating children bad in the child’s club . This is a horrible place that needs to be shut down
Business response:
We take all feedback seriously and investigate any allegations thoroughly. Please contact us at (806) 687-8000 to discuss your concerns further.
Chloe Houston is the General manager here and she gets 5 star reviews by sending nudes or telling her friends to leave good reviews. She is a HORRIBLE MANAGER and a fake!
Business response:
