Tori, the manager, refuses to respond to repeated attempts to have them stop billing me more than a year after my contract expired. She continues to steal my money and will not respond to calls, emails, or in-person pleas to fix the issue. She avoids me while continuing to steal my money.

Would give negative stars if possible. First off when signing up for the gym we where never offered a walk around the gym simply hay give me your information and let me charge you a start up fee. I belonged to many different gyms across the states as I’ve moved around and from my experience TruFit is a complete rip off gym that doesn’t care about its members only cares about how to rip them off.
