Unbelievably bad service. We have been trying to get through to someone in the office for the past week. We did receive an email from Sheri Tempel that left us with more questions than answers. Aside from that we have found it impossible to get through to the office and get answers to our questions. Tulip has the remains but we cannot find out anything else. We just need some response to our inquiries...is that so difficult?
