Unbelievably bad service. We have been trying to get through to someone in the office for the past week. We did receive an email from Sheri Tempel that left us with more questions than answers. Aside from that we have found it impossible to get through to the office and get answers to our questions. Tulip has the remains but we cannot find out anything else. We just need some response to our inquiries...is that so difficult?
Everything they promised and represented was an outright Lie or misrepresentation of the facts. A two day to for day turn around of my loved one became 31 days. A two hour pick up became 4 1/2. Even the amulets I purchased looked nothing like what was advertised. The real kicker (with a bit of research) they service my city, but not my county. Very Rude people when we needed questions answered. Didn’t communicate with us at all when they said they would about where at in the process they were. Came all the way to the funeral day and come to find out they didn’t put the funeral home as the place to rest and put my house address instead. Almost had to change date of service because of this and we had family from other states come out. Luckily the funeral home was able to help us. I would not recommend this company!
They send wrong info to county of dead certificate Now having problems doing legal papers
I wouldn’t recommend. I called on the status of my moms cremation and I had the most unpleasant exchange with one of their customer service people who’s name started with an ‘S’. I’ve alerted others in the company to her behavior—which was uncalled for and yet to hear a single apology. Avoid.
