Came all the way to the funeral day and come to find out they didn’t put the funeral home as the place to rest and put my house address instead. Almost had to change date of service because of this and we had family from other states come out. Luckily the funeral home was able to help us. I would not recommend this company!

I wouldn’t recommend. I called on the status of my moms cremation and I had the most unpleasant exchange with one of their customer service people who’s name started with an ‘S’. I’ve alerted others in the company to her behavior—which was uncalled for and yet to hear a single apology. Avoid.

Better and more accurate communication, please. For example, I was promised a tracking number for the delivery of my wife’s ashes. It never came. Instead, the ashes showed up by surprise as my family was leaving town. No memorial service for us because Tulip didn’t keep their promise. A very sad ending that could have been so easily fixed.

Tulip cremation staff was incompetent, service was poor, did not return phone calls in timely manor. I would not recommend Tulip Cremation Rich Swanson
