Very helpful with all my questions.Everything went really smooth.Everyone at Tulip was thoughtful and Professional.
Was very helpful at the very beginning. I submitted everything and heard nothing for about a week. I finally got a call from the funeral home saying my loved one hadn’t been picked up. Nobody reached out to me to let me know why there was a delay. I feel the lack of communication is a key issue, especially when dealing with a lost love one.
