This company was exceptional to work with. Pedro was very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. I was most impressed by their reasonable pricing and able to complete work quickly.
Ours was not a simple job. Carlos went to a lot of effort to find a creative solution. Above and beyond adequate.
They came out same day which was great! My only complaint is that they were at our home for 15 minutes and charged us for the full hour. I felt like $155 was a bit excessive for the amount of work that was done, however, they did fix our electrical problem.

If I could give TIO more than 5 stars, I would. In this day and age, It is unusual to find someone who truly takes pride in his work and offers genuine help to a customer. We have had other electricians do work on our home, but Pedro Madril excells above and beyond. They are expensive and it turns out they did not complete the job. My outside GFI was not fixed and I know he found problems there because he showed them to me.
Tedro Madril was excellent. Their customer service was excellent.
Carlos, the technician, arrived in the designated time frame. He listened as i explained the problem to him. He then proceeded to trouble-shoot the problem. After he finished, Carlos then explained to me what 3 options i could choose. He was friendly, and knowledgeable. A job well done!
The technician was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. The price was lower than I expected. G. S.
