Turner and his team were everything you could ask for in a lender. Prompt, creative, understanding and efficient, they spared no details and broke down everything we didn't fully understand. We had special circumstances that they took time to comprehend then help us plan in the best possible way. The title clerk actually told us it was the best loan situation she had seen. The mortgage process couldn't have gone smoother between Turner & his team for my wife and I's first home purchase!
