Turner and his team were everything you could ask for in a lender. Prompt, creative, understanding and efficient, they spared no details and broke down everything we didn't fully understand. We had special circumstances that they took time to comprehend then help us plan in the best possible way. The title clerk actually told us it was the best loan situation she had seen. Turner and his team at AmeriFirst were great to work with throughout the entire buying process. From our first conversation before I even knew what type of financing I could qualify for to the property closing, Turner was responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable.
