I cannot say enough good things about Turner through this process! As a first time home buyer, the timeline and numbers were overwhelming, but Turner explained every thing in such great detail that I never felt lost. One thing that really stood out to me about Turner was his rapid response time, even on a weekend. Turner and his team were phenomenal to work with and I am SO grateful for them through this process.

Turner was in a highly competitive situation for my loan. He not only got me a great deal (beat Quick Loans), but he and his organization were able to meet a short deadline and maneuver through using a 1031 (exchange). Turner came very highly recommended to us and he (and his team) did a fantastic job!
