Turner was extremely professional, helpful and informative in assisting me with my lending needs. He always made himself available to answer any question or concern I had. Turner and his team were amazingly fast and efficient putting our home loan together. In all reality, it took less time than it has ever taken me to apply for a mortgage. I will recommend him to anyone who asks me who they should go to for a mortgage loan. Normally applying for a home loan for some people can be a real headache because of all the needed documentation and solutions before closing. This process was way smooth and very comfortable. Turner and his team are the absolute best in the business. In what a massive corporate bank could not complete in two months, they completed in five DAYS! I will never go with another lender. They have a customer for life.

Turner was exceptionally helpful through the process of securing financing for my home. I travel for work and we had a quick 30 days close so his team's quick responses as well as the ability to sign documents remotely (in this day and age would be expected but that is not always the case) made my life so much easier. He was even able to execute a last minute change at my request and still close the loan on time. I will definitely be using Turner again for my financing needs!
