Five Stars Big improvement over my old 1080p TV
beautiful tv.. no issues.. I love the tv, my wife thinks it is too big, but she is getting used to it. I would suggest to have a solid tv stand to put this on if you don't mount to the wall as all the weight is focused to the center, and this sucker is heavy >70lbs, meaning that all the weight is in one spot, versus spread across a four leg dispersement type stand.. the major benefit is I don't see cords going from tv back to below, that is very nice. Five Stars Great 4K TV
Good TV for bright content otherwise has issues I really want to love this TV but a few issues keep this from being a 5 star review. On the positive side, 4k/HDR content looks fantastic. Watching anything that is bright and with a lot of colors is amazing. However, the black levels are disappointing. More importantly, this TV has terrible clouding (light cloud-like areas when the screen is dark) and ghosting (when something bright is flashed on a dark screen the whole surrounding area gets light). There is nothing bad I could say about this TV There is nothing bad I could say about this TV. The picture quality is on believable the design on believable it's only about a half inch thick. Also android TV is amazing. Please note that before I pulled the trigger on this TV I did research for almost 3 months comparing various models and pricing points. Best TV in its price range. This TV has superb HDR performance for its $1500 price tag compared to similarly priced TVs from other brands like Samsung and LG. Would highly recommend.
Amazing tv minus the infrared blasters I decided to take the plunge into 4k and replace my Vizio E series (hd but not 4k or hdr). I did not buy from amazon rather from best buy because I wanted it in hand and not have to schedule a delivery which is hard to do with my work schedule. Absolutely stunning! Blows 1st gen 4K Bravias away and is thin! I opted to get rid of my 1st generation Bravia 4K for this model and spending the extra money was worth every penny. Not only are the colors and picture on this TV stunningly beautiful, the thing is thinner and looks awesome on my wall. I will always buy Sony since they know TVs and 4K, plus with all the smart features on this TV it makes even better. Spend the extra money and buy this model! It is worth it!
Best and Most Expensive TV Purchase Ever Purchased from Best Buy. I originally purchased an XBR55X850D. While sports and Hallmark Christmas movies were great, there was excessive light bleeding from the bottom of the screen and it could not produce a black image unless brightness was turned WAY down.
