I have an issue with my HVAC system that I have been trying to get fixed for almost 3 months. I am giving a one star rating due to the fact that I feel Chevrolet does not care about my situation has not been helpful. I understand that some problems require multiple steps to solve and can be difficult. In speaking with Travis this morning, he mentioned some difficulty getting in touch with you & that there was one more thing they were going to try to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the issue, it is not something that GM would cover under warranty - so, we are trying every technique that we can for you. Not impressed my car is still making noise when I put it in reverse. I have had my window looked at 3 different times It's getting very old spending time and money and having to keep coming back!!
This was my 3rd time having my car serviced here. I am not impressed. They run you through so fast there is no way they are doing a thorough inspection. I know for a fact they don't rotate the tires every time like they should. If I want a quick job I'd go to a quickie lube. Not sure I'm going back

The agent dealing with the vehicle was very rude to my parents and when speaking to him.
They did my 67500 mile check up good but when it came to my brakes they assumed it was the suspension that was squeaking really bad. They said they checked my brakes but I dont really think they did
Rude help.Acted like they were too busy to do what I needed done.Sloppy work,I had to have them do it over and still was not done right.I was promised to have a problem corrected and they did not do it.
Tires they did not rotate my tires or check the pressure I saw the charge me for a radiator flush and coolant I dont see you on your list service is done. Still have not received a bill for itemized items that they did
