This was for the heated seat chip recall. They were fast and were great.
They allowed me to walk in without appointment. They were friendly and communicated throughout the service which was fast. I told the service writer of a concern I had and he got it handled. I believe pricing was fair not out of line. The service writer explain my service items after and what will be needed on the next service and set expectation of pricing.
Bought my vehicle over the internet and by phone. The vehicle was exactly as shown online and was ready to go when we arrived. Sales people were friendly and helpful.
