My vehicle was misdiagnosed, and I was made to pay almost $200 for absolutely nothing. The Service Writer also lied to my face and tried to get me to spend over $4000.00 on parts and labor that were not needed. I have decided to retain an attorney, as well as I have also decided to take all of this to my social media account, and do everything in my power to notify the public of the disgusting, illegal, scamming theft that takes place by the con artist service writers at Twin Falls Chevrolet. There are too many facts left out of this to have an honest conversation, however, due to your retaining legal representation, all future communications will be through legal counsel.
The customer service is always really good, but I left the lot missing a lugnut and two of the other lug nuts on that wheel were loose.
The oil change was completed efficiently. However, the tires could not be rotated because the lugnut lock socket could not be found in the car. The last time it was used was at the last oilchange and rotation. Now we have to replace it out of our pocket when we did not lose it. The previous tech did not put it back in the car.
Forgot to put the oil cap back on spilled oil everywhere. Manager said the next oil change is on them. They didn't honer it!!
