Liked the waiting room. Did not like the wait. Had to wait more than 2 hours for a job that was supposed to take "about an hour".
New tires were installed in a timely manner but they did not reset the tpms sensors. 2 sensors were damaged during the install and now have to replace them since they won't program due to damage
Friendly staff, but didn't resolve issue or suggest what should be done.
I've had multiple & continuous problems since buying my truck here. Apparently their "mechanics" don't quite know WTH it is that they're doing. My truck has been over heating since day 2, the center link was put on BACKWARDS & NO ONE caught it til about the 5,6, or 7 th time of me taking it back, along with other issues as well. The front & rear main seal IS leaking BUT chevys "mechanics" said they CLEANED the area & has NO leaks! Whole shop side is a freaking joke & nightmare all in one. I told them I had a leaking tire and asked them to fix it when they rotated my tires. They initially forgot and then informed me that I had no tires leaking and sent me home (245 miles). I lost 16 psi in 160 miles. Had to put air in tire after dark on the side of the road during a snow storm. I will say the front half of the building ( sales department) was very good when I bought my vehicle this spring. They also remembered me when I was back in there this fall for the subpar service. Took car on for what I thought would be a quick diagnosis, left me hanging for 2 full hours and it wasn't until I asked someone did I finally get an answer.
I have an issue with my HVAC system that I have been trying to get fixed for almost 3 months. I am giving a one star rating due to the fact that I feel Chevrolet does not care about my situation has not been helpful. I understand that some problems require multiple steps to solve and can be difficult. My frustration comes from the fact that I always had to initiate contact and never received the follow up communication that I was promised. In speaking with Travis this morning, he mentioned some difficulty getting in touch with you & that there was one more thing they were going to try to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the issue, it is not something that GM would cover under warranty - so, we are trying every technique that we can for you. Not impressed my car is still making noise when I put it in reverse. I have had my window looked at 3 different times It's getting very old spending time and money and having to keep coming back!!
This was my 3rd time having my car serviced here. I am not impressed. They run you through so fast there is no way they are doing a thorough inspection. I know for a fact they don't rotate the tires every time like they should. If I want a quick job I'd go to a quickie lube. Not sure I'm going back
