The people in the service department are good people and took great care of me

The vehicle to be serviced was admitted as scheduled. The maintenance action was performed quickly. The service desk official was courteous and thorough in explaining the service actions performed.

Service Advisor Dana Thomas did an excellent job keeping me updated on my service repair. The part I had been waiting for had come in and they were ready to work with me. They also offered me a car wash which is always appreciated.
When we purchased the vehicle we were sold additional warranties. When I attempted to use the warrantee to fix a scratch I was told that it wasn't covered. After reviewing the paperwork it is indeed covered. Not happy with the misinformation and poor expereince.

Would you be open to discussing your concerns with one of our Business Managers? Reviewing the contracts, and discussing them with our representatives, scratches do appear to be excluded. We would like to make sure everyone is on the same page, and if our team has been misled, we would like to see what verbiage may assist us in getting the scratch covered.
