It was a busy day at Twin Falls Subaru on 8/25/2023, but customer service got my car in right away. I was headed to Utah later that day and was extremely pleased with how quickly my car was serviced.

When we purchased the vehicle we were sold additional warranties. When I attempted to use the warrantee to fix a scratch I was told that it wasn't covered. After reviewing the paperwork it is indeed covered. Not happy with the misinformation and poor expereince.

Would you be open to discussing your concerns with one of our Business Managers? Reviewing the contracts, and discussing them with our representatives, scratches do appear to be excluded. We would like to make sure everyone is on the same page, and if our team has been misled, we would like to see what verbiage may assist us in getting the scratch covered.
