The part needed for my car repair was back ordered. Jordon made sure I had a courtesy car until my car was repaired, which was so appreciated since we are currently a one car family, and I was 200 miles from home. Jordon kept me updated about progress on the car. Everyone courteous and respectful.
After having my truck serviced, I had to reset my car clock settings. Also, the panel to access the air filter was not replaced properly and the nut that holds the panel in place was left on the floor mat. Fortunately, I found the nut on the floor before it was accidentally kicked out by passenger which could have created some unnecessary grief for me.
