Staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we walked in the door. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Hinkle. We had a great experience at their Longview center. (We drove from Tyler) His nurse Laura was very friendly and kind to my daughter. They very informative.
My first experience here was not the best. The surgeon we spoke with was not on his best day. After voicing concerns about this surgeon operating on my 6 year old, the staff worked quickly to remedy the situation. The office manager called me to hear my concerns, and assured me she would take good care of my baby. We were rebooked with Dr Hinkle, who performed the surgery on my son. I recently had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Ryan Hinkle and his staff. I’ve got to say that I was treated with respect and professionalism. I came out feeling great and after 24 hours still feel that way. I would highly recommend Tyler Oral Facial Surgery and would definitely recommend Dr. Ryan Hinkle. His communication was specific and complete and the follow up was greatly appreciated.. Five stars for him and his crew.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I have been putting off having a broken wisdom tooth removed for about a year. A few weeks ago it started causing me excruciating pain and I finally had to make an appointment. Dr Hinkle’s office worked me in the next day. I was seen before my scheduled appointment. Wonderful experience here. All the staff are very kind and welcoming! My Sons extractions went very smoothly and the surgeon called personally that night to make sure everything was going well. They do not discriminate based on type of insurance you have and we genuinely were treated well. Would definitely recommend to all.
