I’ve had nothing but issues with this facility for the last 3 months between the lack of communication and the just flat out laziness in getting anything done. I was told (at birth) that my son had a tongue and lip tie. The hospital referred my son to this facility and we went for the “consultation” where the doctor looked at him and said “yes he has a tongue tie and I will use a laser to cut it and cauterize it” where he spent maybe 5 minutes in the room before leaving and sending the nurse in to talk to me about payment. Most professional. Take you serious no matter your circumstances or background. This is how people should treat people-everyday. It's not difficult to see that they have respect for their patients. Going to these types of places can be good for some people but for some it's not always great news. They make it the best possible experience they can for you meaning they care about your feelings. My wait time was minimal, nurses were friendly and helpful. The doctor was very respectful and honest about the findings of my medical problem. I respect the facts from the doctor and I was pleased with the results.
Surgical appointment: My husband was asked to stay on site for two reasons. The first was to speak with the doctor to get care instructions once the procedure was finished . The second reason was to be available when the procedure was completed to take me home. My husband was instructed to me meet outside the building where I was wheeled outside and put in the car as she handed me a bag of gauze and piece of paper with instructions. Went in terrible pain and have insurance.. I work and make 17$ an hour and they told me after getting set up to be there the next day that I had to pay 1000$ that day and would not accept payments. If u are wealthy then that's your place to go but as for a single father of two and no help from there mother. Your better off getting a pair of pliers.
