The sales rep was good and kept me updated. He seemed upset with the service team as well. I went in to plug a tire with an appointment. It took about two hours and thirty minutes. Way too long for a tire plug. However, like I said the sales rep or the individual working the transaction did a good job.

This was our first time using this facility for oil change; and nothing negative happened per se’ no one outright welcomed us, either. I had to make an announcement of being new in order to get someone’s attention. NOT GOOD. It felt as if others were waiting for someone else to assist. I wouldn’t have mentioned this oversight, but since this review request showed in my email, THIS was my experience.
