Felt overlooked and not listen too. Was not shown about the EV, how to charge, etc. going from gas vehicle, felt should have been informed better. Appt was with Ryaan, handed off to Dylan and felt he was not experienced and rushed. don’t know who Matthew is so can’t rate him.
