There was an issue rotating the tires and I had to return to have it fixed. I'd like to learn more to understand why it happened. I would not have noticed the issue had I not added air to the tires just before bringing the car in (with a minor PSI difference among the tires) and was able to notice the issue.
I was very pleased that the service department addressed my concerns without making me feel foolish.
This was by far the easiest and best car buying experience i have ever had. Simple and no surprises, great customer service. I highly recommend Tynnans to anyone looking to purchase a new car.
