Excellent service and good at keeping me in the loop in the current status of the repair

I made an appointment for 1:30. I was told the work would take 30 minutes ( to replace the “recalled” Airbag). Everyone was exceptionally nice! The waiting room was neat and clean. After 30 minutes my car was repaired and waiting in the parking lot next to the street. Because it was a “recall”, there was no charge for the repair, and I was on my way home! I was wary, because of the recall, and I had a 30 minute drive to get there, and I am 82, but if I had another recall, I would see these fellows again in a heartbeat!
