Originally, I called Larry Miller Nissan, and they gave me the runaround about handling my recall. Then, I remembered that one of my friends went to college with Scott Tysan, so called your dealership. What a difference! Adman was proactive, friendly, decisive, and took care of my issue right away. My only complaint was that I had to visit your Service Dept. twice. One, to review my paperwork. Adnan is always a gentleman every time I’ve taken my cars for repairs. I told trust many automotive shops because they try to get over on people. However, I have grown to trust Adnan, he is very honest.
