I do like the job that is done at Tynan's. I do have a huge problem when the service advisor sells you parts that you don't need. And they stick by this decision when called out on it. The cockyness of sticking to their guns on this bug's me lot's. Customer service skills are highly lacking. Pretty much makes me not to want go there anymore, but I did buy the lifetime warranty, so that means no other other choices.
