Professional and accommodating service. There was an issue with my repair that caused some delay but I know they wanted to make sure it was done correctly so I wouldn’t need to return. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to accommodate me with returning the vehicle directly to me.
I came in for a 2-3 hour service. My car was taken in early by Adnan Hassan. He was personable, respectful, and very pleasant. He assured me the car would be in good hands. the work was completed in less time than quoted, and Hassan made sure the coupon I had was applied to the cost. the cost ended up being less than originally told, and that's definite plus! Adnan is an asset to Tynan's. He makes your customers very comfortable and delivers what he promises. Well done!
