The service center at Tynans has always been prompt and professional with any issue with my pathfinder. They’ve also been east to contact and have information disseminated to me either via phone, text, or email.

Resolved the issue I mentioned to the service advisor in a timely manner. Also, got the oil changed and checked all fluid levels.

Overall good. They did mislay my duplicate title for a few days, and I thought they pushed their protection plan a little too hard. But hey-- that's capitalism!

Prompt, courteous, communicated delay in status & gave slight discount because of it. That discount meant a lot to me because it says my time is as important to them as their time is.
