The dealership is very convenient to where I live; I can drop off my vehicle and walk home and then walk back to pick it up when service is completed. I was having some unexpected but what appeared to be serious issues with my vehicle (2015) that required immediate inspection and assessment. Even though I didn't have an appointment Luke was very helpful in troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of the problem and resolving it while I waited.
