The crew at Tynan's was terrific as we bought an Ariya and leased a Leaf. Giving a yes was a difficult decision, because if I were to base my answer on the first interaction, I would have to say no, because I had to bring the car back to get what I wanted done. I am surprised that the service tech (the one actually working on the car) missed a big broken plastic piece that I wanted repaired. Had I been called to say that "we found more that needs to be replaced" and sent pics, I would have gladly had the extra work done. I wanted a Frontier pickup with a specific model and accessory package. It turned out that this was very hard to find, despite the Nissan web site showing that this package was available on the model I wanted. Ryaan, the sales person I worked with, worked VERY hard to find what I wanted. He could find ONE - not the color I hoped for, but acceptable.
