"Excellent Service, confidence in Nissan" I worked with Brian in the service department and he delivered the best customer service experience I've received from a dealership. My car had an extremely rare but dangerous problem, and Brian helped work through the variables and made time right at closing on a Saturday to inspect my car and see it malfunctioning. His help got the master tech what he needed to diagnose the issue, and Nissan helped with the cost. They fixed the issue days before I had expected and I had my car back... read more

"Although IT took longer it was a pleasant experience." Brian notified the length it would take to evaluate the service and immediately offer the shuttle service. My Work was farther than the 10 miles and Brian helped me with option 2, rent a car, for a reasonable flat fee for the day. Later I was notified and Brian explained to me what was done, and it was covered under the warranty....so all was good for the day, and with my car, I was glad everything went smoothly.
