"Exceptional" From the moment I checked in to leave my car to the moment I left, the service was impeccable. I was thankfully given a rental car while my car was being worked on. In addition to this, I requested to have my new plates screwed on my car since I had just come from the DMV. I was just greeted with a smile and a willing, can do attitude all the time. You guys did everything I requested and follow thru. My car was super clean when I picked it up. Nice work!

"Outstanding Service" Entered express service to obtain an oil change - was greeted quickly and friendly manner - in fact a recall issue that I had forgotten about was handled - outstanding. I was advised of problem - it was corrected along with a routine safety vehicle check. This was especially appreciated as I am going on several long trips this fall - from the service express to vehicle service personnel - professionals all. "Fast, Friendly Service " My Murano was making weird sounds and the AC was not working. Having been a Tynan’s customers for many years, that is where I took it for repair. My service manager, Rich, diagnosed the problem almost immediately and was verified by the tech. They had to order parts, but the repairs were done within two days. Tynan’s Nissan has always been a great place to have my Nissans repaired.

"Exceptional " The service was great from my initial call to them concerning my car. Once at the dealership I made contact with my contact person, I gave him my necessary items needed to receive a rental vehicle. The wrecker service operator gave them my car, I received the rental car and I was on my way. They kept me informed of informative decisions made as they progressed in completing the work on my car.

"Awesome dealer and service" Needed to get replaced 2 crack exhaust manifold. Got quickly an appointment with a rental car. The repair was done within a short amount of time and my Armada now feels like new car. Dealer did a great job!
