"I cannot seem to find the gentleman that helped me..." I cannot seem to find the gentleman that helped me yesterday on the employee roster, however his name was Alec as I recall. I came in, as I had found a nail in the tread of my tire and thought I needed a plug. Alec was very approachable and easy to talk to immediately from walking in the door.
