"Brian was exceptional" I usually don't fill out vendor surveys, but I have to on behalf of Brian. He kept in constant contact to let me know the status of my warranty repair, all the while making sure things went smoothly with Nissan USA. I actually never had to call you during the weeklong repair to check on the status, because Brian had already reached out to me before I could. His customer service was truly exceptional. (No, I'm not his mother).

"Quick, easy no BS." Ian Macklin was very knowledgeable and didn't try to push anything I didn't need, unlike a certain salesman at Stevinson Toyota. I'm actually glad I had a bad experience with Stevinson Toyota because buying my 2019 Frontier from Tynan's was a complete opposite experience compared to that dumpster fire of disrespect. In total we were at Tynan's for less than 3 hours, completed our trade in and bought a new truck, that's incredible compared to my previous car buying experiences.
