"Magnificent team!" The Service team at Tynan's Nissan is amazing. They are courteous and very knowledgeable, no matter what the situation is. From an oil change to something major, I trust them with both my vehicles.

"Good oil change but.." Got my oil change quick but, they didn't put the plastic rivets back under my car for the second time. I was going on a road trip this time and the plastic shield it held dragged my whole trip. Not an easy piece to find while on the road. Also, not sure what they used to wash my car after the oil change but, it scratched my car to xxxx.

"Complementary. Oil Change with Birthday coupon." I was well taken care of by Chase Barns. He even came outside to keep me updated on my service. My one concern is since there are so many agents when you walk in the door, it needs to be clearer who is helping you. The gentleman who first greeted me, abruptly passed me on to Chase, again, who was great. I even saw this with another customer while I was there.

"Not bad but expensive" Pleasant people, clean facilities, timely responses, listened to my concerns. The shuttle driver did not know how to read posted speed limit signs.... I did not use waiting room or restrooms.
