"Useful" I appreciated Connor’s diligence and friendliness in the process. I had a very specific situation being a recent college graduate with no credit due to my not having any student loans (thank The Lord!) and no car insurance due to me never having had a car previously, and he patiently and perseveringly figures out the answers to my questions and the accommodations to my dilemmas. "Ok in the End" Was told they had the car I wanted. Went out there and they didn’t. The found it at another dealership and wanted me to sign paperwork before I saw the car- NO! Didn’t hear from salesman for a week. Car did come in at the end of the week. Financing was interesting, but in the end- price was good and I got the car I wanted.
"Scheduled service." I arrived early for my appointment and was waited on as soon as I walked in the door. The service person took time to find out what I needed to get done and was able to take care of a factory recall along with my normal service. The work was completed sooner than I was told it would be and my car was washed when I picked it up.
"Fast and courteous service" My service tech Luke Clearwater was very nice and took the time to explain the isses that my car was having and why the problem was happening.
"TRULY GREAT EXPERIENCE " Thank you to the whole Tynans team for doing such a great job for me and my family. 3rd Car we have purchased second from Yasha. Thank you all. We will return and refer friends and family!
"Honest and upfront" They were honest and upfront about everything from what was wrong with my truck and how much it would cost. They told me how urgent it was or how simple it was. This is why I travel an hour drive time to go to Tyanns.
"Brian is amazing" We had a throttle issue with our 2017 Armada. Brian helped us get the car checked in on a Saturday and a loan vehicle in a very timely manner. The service team was able accurately diagnose the issue and had us back in our car by Monday evening. Service was excellent. Thanks Brian!
"Exceeded expectations" The service exceeded my expectations- staff (Rich) was very personable and service oriented,it took less time than expected which is always a good thing. Small note - availability of decaf coffee and light snacks would be nice
