"Expected" The scheduled oil/filter change and tire rotation was quick and without incident... Just as expected. Waiting area was clean and service members were friendly.
"Very efficient!" I came in already frustrated because I had been trying to fix a tire sensor light. Brian helped to get the problem resolved with ease.
"Exceptional Service " Although they had a backlog from the week before, they made sure the completed my 60,000 in a timely manner so I could return home to Pueblo.
"My Visits to Tynan's Service Center" I have had the opportunity to visit Tynan's Nissan Service Center 3 times - All 3 times I came away feeling less than satisfied with the way in which the service center front desk staff interacts with a customer. I feel they are arrogant and not able to 'listen' to the customer without offering their saged opinion which sometimes is just not what the customer is looking for -
"Greag experience" Adnan was very nice to deal with. The service was thorough, but there was no attempt to sellme things that I didn't need. I would recommend Tynans to anyone.
"Tynans is Great" Dan is truly the best. I walked in and told him exactly what I wanted and had. Dan didn't stop until.he succeeded and I'm left with a beautiful car.
"Dan and staff " Dan horvath was the best salesman ever great customer service I can’t how great he made our experience he needs a promotion or something! Everything was smooth I’m very happy
"Very thorough" Brian was awesome at getting details to help insure techs could address my concerns. He even took the time to drive my vehicle himself and found that the issue I was experiancing on the passenger side was more prononced on the driver's side and had the tech take care of both sides. My vehicle is now back to it's normal quite ride.
"Great Experience " Overall the dealership and sales persons are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a leased vehicle and they took all the hassle out of moving to a purchased vehicle.
